LC had peaches coming out of her nose

Photobucket
So last night I decide that I am going to try to get LC to eat peaches again . Thursday night was the fist time she had peaches and she REALLY didn’t care for them. However, I’m all well the book says to let them try it more then once to determine if they like it. So I go forth and make her eat peaches (which by the way baby food peaches smell like stinky feet.) She gags them down and makes me happy. Later I go to put her to bed. The usual routine is bath, bottle, then bed. I skipped the bath tonight as my little princess was in rare freak out and fuss mode and go right to the bottle. Now, I have a sweet little girl who is quite silly. Sometimes when feeding her she likes to be in certain positions so that she can see certain things (mainly, whatever glowing or is a fan.) So tonight she decides that she wants to stare at her nightlight while eating. Okay, fine. We get settled in and she takes her bottle down. She gets about three ounces into it when she stops. I take the bottle out to burp her. The next thing I know she has gone exorcist on me and there is peaches and formula all over her, me, and the floor. Nice. I get us and the floor cleaned up and continue. She decides that she wants the rest of the bottle. So she finishes and goes right to sleep. No worries, right? Wrong. At about 10:30pm I hear her stir. She fusses for a second. Then I hear her sneeze, no kidding, 8 times. Then I hear her screaming. I go bolting up the stairs. I swear I haven’t run that fast in years. I get to her room and find a sweet little girl crying with peaches coming out of her nose. Poor thing had sneezed and thrown up at the same time. Needless to say, she slept in mommies room last night and mommy is nixing the peaches from now on.
